Room clean, but dinner service closed earlier than promised.

stayed for two nights and loved our queen room with two queen beds. the property was fantastic, with multiple dining options nearby, like outback steakhouse. breakfast on our last day was incredible—much better and cheaper than IHOP. enjoyed the fitness center equipment too!

The room was clean, really clean like it mattered to them. The staff, they were friendly, always looking to help even when I needed extra towels, they were quick with it.

It wasn’t inexpensive but I can say it was acceptable, for what I got.

I stayed here for a quick family trip to Legoland and had a mixed experience. The room was a Standard Queen Room with Two Queen Beds and it was nice to have enough space for everyone. I particularly enjoyed the smoothies available in the morning and the cleanliness of the rooms. However, I was disappointed when the dinner bar that was supposed to be open late, closed early, meaning we ended up spending more at a restaurant rather than enjoying the hotel amenities. Also, black mold around the shower head was quite off-putting.

i really enjoyed my stay because the hotel is just a short walk from lake shipp park, perfect for a relaxing stroll, and there are plenty of restaurants right nearby like chick-fil-a and red lobster, making meals super convenient after a day of exploring the area.

Great location near Legoland and lots of restaurants. The staff generally friendly, especially during check-in. My room had two queen beds, and it was spacious and clean. I loved that the breakfast was stocked well and open until 10 AM, allowing for a relaxed morning. The noise level in my room was surprisingly low, given the number of families staying. However, the bathroom needed attention. there was a lingering smell, and the carpet looked old and dirty. I was a bit disappointed with the lack of a safe in the room, especially traveling as a family. The hotel informed me of upcoming renovations, so that might improve the experience.

The smoothies in the morning were a total game changer! I loved the location—right next to some solid spots like Red Lobster and Chick-fil-A. Plus, the friendly staff made everything better, ensuring our rooms stayed clean and fresh throughout our stay.

It was a real bummer that the dinner bar, which was supposed to be open till 10 PM, closed at 7 PM, leaving us in a bind. Instead of enjoying a quick meal, we ended up spending way more at a nearby restaurant, which felt frustrating.
